Happy Halloween friends!

I donned my regulation spacesuit and got the hookup with that Area 51 clearance to scope out this spacecraft and also had a little fun floating around in the process. 🤪

I usually like to put together costumes DIY-style — would you expect anything else? But I really just loved this glam metallic astronaut costume. For reference, I’m 5’2” and am wearing an x-small. It’s actually the perfect fit and length—which is usually hard for me to find because I’m so short and sometimes adult costumes tend to run a little big. It’s supposed to be form fitting, so I’d say the costume runs true-to-size or a little on the smaller side. There’s also a white version of this same astronaut costume.

I ordered an astronaut helmet to go along with it too, it’s perfect but something got mixed up with the delivery and it didn’t show up in time…I still feel like the costume was a success though! I wore a pair of black combat boots to finish the look.

After I decided on my costume, I messaged Blake about shooting pictures and this backdrop was the first thing to pop into mind. I have to say, it couldn’t have been more perfect.
